Do I have to subscribe?
No. Your ritual is a one-time order unless you choose otherwise. If you do subscribe, you can skip or cancel from your own account, no phone call. The Smart Heated Mug Kit 2.0 with Wireless Charger, Glass & Bamboo Tumbler, Latte Frother Whisk are always one-time, never on subscription.
How long will it last?
Four tins, 15 pyramid bags in each. Sixty cups, about two months at one cup a day.
Loose leaf or tea bags?
Pyramid tea bags, 15 to a tin, 100% biodegradable. No infuser, no strainer, no mess. Drop one in a mug.
What is in them, exactly?
Every blend on this page has a full ingredients list, on the button under it. Nothing is hidden behind a 'natural flavours' line without the rest of it.
What does shipping cost?
$8 to $9 on orders under $90. Free over $90. In-stock orders leave us within 24 business hours. Standard shipping is 3 to 10 business days.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Opened tea cannot be refunded, that is a TGA and FDA rule, not ours. If something is wrong with it, contact us and we will make it right. Damaged or faulty items can be returned within 30 days.
Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Not on tea. Opened food and drink cannot be refunded under TGA and FDA rules, and that applies to every tea company, not just us. What we do instead is fix it: email us and we sort it out.
What are refills?
Once you have the tin, you only need the tea. Refills are biodegradable, cost about a third less, and come in a pouch you empty into the tin you already own.
Will I feel anything straight away?
Some of it yes, the warm cup and the ritual are instant. The rest takes a fortnight of daily cups. Tea is not medicine and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Where do you ship?
Canada and the United States. Prices on this page are in Canadian dollars.
Which of mine have caffeine?
None of them. Chill Out Cherry, Golden Slumbers, Midnight Mint and Self Care Elixir are all caffeine free, so the time of day is up to you.
Are they organic?
Golden Slumbers, Midnight Mint are certified organic by Pro-Cert Organic Systems. The rest are organic compliant, which means they meet the standard but are not certified.
