We accept returns for any non-consumable, damaged or faulty products within 30 days of purchase. The easiest way to begin a request for a refund or return is to:

Why can't we accept returns for tea or other consumable products?
Due to TGA and FDA regulations worldwide we are not able to accept any refunds for open tea packages. However, not to worry - if you have a concern with a tease consumable product after opening, simply contact us so we can help make it right.
Package damage: If for some reason your tea is damaged in postal transit, and you have photo evidence of the damage along with a complete pack of unopened tea bags, please contact us with attached photos so we can reach a resolution.
Additional things to note about returns, shipping, + more:
- For 'change of mind' or if you forget to use a discount code, we are not able to accept returns/issue refunds.
- If you forget to skip or cancel a subscription, we are not able to accept returns/issue refunds.

Price matching: We get it, it's annoying when something goes on sale after you paid full price. If Tease has a sale within 7 days of your purchase, simply contact us with 14 days of purchase to request a refund for the discount difference.
- Refund Process: Non-consumable products approved for return must be received back in its received condition within 30 days of the return label being issued before refund is issued. Once refund is issued, it can take 3-5 days to see the refund on your bank statement.
- 3rd party refunds: We do not provide refunds or exchanges for Tease products purchased through one of our retail vendors, but we'll do our best to support you with a resolution. The exception are any faulty products from our accessories collection which include: Smart Heated Mug Kit, Cold Brew Pitcher, and Tumblers.
- Damaged outer product packaging: For sustainability purposes, we try to avoid refunds and returns for outer packaging damaging that may occur during shipping, as this generally does not impact the functionality of our products. If the outer packaging in must be perfect condition with valid reason, we will consider returns on a case by case basis and review attached photos of the packaging damage.
- Incorrect shipping addresses or delays: We do not offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses or packages marked delivered but not received.
- Lost orders: We will refund or reship lost orders as long as we are notified within 30 days of your order date.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
- Shipping Fees: Standard Shipping is $8-9 on orders under $90. This is excluding any applied promotions or discounts.
- Shipping times: All in stock products generally ship within 24 business hours. We offer standard shipping (3-10 business days). We cannot guarantee delivery timelines due to our inability to control carrier delays.
- Shipping updates: For updates on your shipment please check your order confirmation for the tracking details and follow up with the carrier.
- Pre-orders are shipped once all items in your cart are back in stock. We do not provide partial shipments.

- Money Back Policy: We do not have a 'money back guarantee' policy on any of our consumable products.
