Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Disconnect and reconnect the cables, making sure they are securely and firmly in place.

  2. Wipe down the charging coaster and mug bottom to remove any debris.

  3. Ensure the mug is correctly placed on the coaster, adjusting it slightly if needed.

  4. Check that the USB-C cable is firmly plugged into both the coaster and the cable block. It must be plugged into a standard wall outlet to ensure maximum wattage output.

  5. Test the USB-C cable by plugging it into a phone or laptop directly.

  6. Test the cable block by using it with another cable, if able.

  7. Remove bulky cases from your phone if it's not charging.

  8. Ensure your phone’s battery is above 20%, as the coaster may not charge it under 15%.

LED Light Indicators:

  • Blue: Ready to pair.

  • Red: Successfully paired.

  • Red and blue flashes: Not paired successfully.

Important Details:

  • We recommend handwashing your mug to prolong the life of the bottom sensor
  • For the same reason, we recommend avoid putting your mug in the microwave
