Position: F/T Marketing + Growth Manager
Tease is entering a stage of exceptional growth and we are looking for a very special team that can help us build solutions as we scale and encounter new challenges.
The role of Marketing and Growth Manager will be an essential teammate in our small team and will help us build a strong foundation for the big targets we have for a relaunch of our brand and beyond.

Must Have
● 2+ years of experience with digital marketing in paid ads -
2+ years working in a startup or small team (less than 5 people)
Nice to Have
● Creative experience (product styling, content creation, photography)
● Media pitching & PR experience
● Located in Ottawa
Role and Responsibility
● Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (google adwords, facebook ads, pinterest ads)
● Oversee digital content management to ensure brand voice and communications
● Email communications for sales, announcements and other marketing initiatives
● Manage Tease’ primary social channels (Instagram, Facebook). This includes post scheduling, optimizing and engagement.
● Be able to analyze data and make informed decisions for marketing spend
● Form relations with new and existing partners to leverage brand visibility
● Growing online sales through partnerships, ads, influencer strategy
● Seek creative ways to increase revenue for D2C
● Continually increasing Tease\ SEO ranking
● Light customer service management -
Light executive support for PR & media outreach
Expectations
● Complete training and onboarding to Tease to be able to speak about our corporate culture/history, brand ethos, product benefits and product differentiation factors.
● Analyze our current marketing strategies and perform fixes for optimization
● Create monthly social media calendar for approval -
Assist in development and creation of new campaigns
● Develop overall quarterly strategy
● Sales growth in online D2C store
● Increase in social media followers, likes and comments per post
● Exploration of new marketing channels (for us!) i.e TikTok presence
● Increase in CTR on email newsletters
● New product launches- how are we maximizing exposure and adoption
Logistics
● Monday - Friday in office/WFH 9AM-5PM
● 2 weeks vacation per calendar year
● 1 bonus week off in holiday time frame (shutdown 2021: December 23- Jan 3)
● Flexibility to work remotely on occasion
● All statutory holidays paid
● 50% discount on all Tease products
● Light travel may be required to retail destinations/trade shows

Must Have
● 4+ years working in sales or retail environment -
2+ years working in a startup or small team (less than 5 people)
Nice to Have
● CRM experience
● Located in Ottawa
Role and Responsibility
● Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers
● Coordinate samples, education and reordering for B2B customers
● Form relations with new and existing B2B partners to leverage brand visibility
● Growing online sales through B2B relationships
● Seek creative ways to increase revenue for B2B
● Communicate news and product information through B2B newsletter
Expectations
● Complete training and onboarding to Tease to be able to speak about our corporate culture/history, brand ethos, product benefits and product differentiation factors.
● Develop and execute B2B growth strategy (including local and international retailers)
● Begin CRM tool including building customer profiles -
Create feedback process for B2B customers
● Refresh content on B2B product resource site
● Sales growth in online B2B channels
● Increase in CTR on B2B email newsletters
Logistics
● Monday - Friday in office/WFH 9AM-5PM
● 2 weeks vacation per calendar year
● 1 bonus week off in holiday time frame (shutdown 2021: December 23- Jan 3)
