We offer pickup by appointment only at our office on Canotek Road in Ottawa, Ontario. Please simply email hello@teasetea.com to arrange pickup for your order.

One of the great benefits of loose leaf tea is the shelf life. Every tea we sell is 2 years if unopened and 5 years if still sealed.

Don't worry, we won't keep you waiting too long! Order processing is 1-2 days, followed by the shipping time listed and selected at the time of checkout . You should expect your tea in 1-4 business days after that if shipped to Canada, 4-8 days if in the USA.

*Please note you may experience slightly longer delays due to product backorders, high volume, or if there are delays at customs for international orders. we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible no matter the circumstance but cannot guarantee specific dates. though we wish we could be like Amazon, we are a small tea company doing our best to always get your product out to you as soon as we can.

Some of our teas are sourced from organic gardens which will be stated in the product description. We are looking to add more organic products in the near future.

We take social responsibility seriously. Our teas are selected from the top 10% of premium tea leaves from sustainably managed gardens from around the globe that practice ethical working environments ensuring you are a responsible tease!

All blends and tea are made with 100% natural ingredients and flavours. Every product is gmo, gluten, & dairy free.
